Chimera proficiency testing program is a first of its kind Indian program, launched to address the unmet need of an EQAP in Immunophenotyping arena. The program is designed as per the IS0/IEC 17043:2010 standard guidelines (NABL: final audit is awaited). Each aspect of the program is brainstormed and coordinated with a group of domestic as well as global experts. The aim of this program is to empower the participants to compare results, analyse performance, fine-tune execution and contribute towards the accuracy of the nationwide molecular and transplant laboratory services.
